Shin is a young boy who possesses a powerful quirk known as Imagination, which enables him to use the power of imagination to bring what he desires to reality. As a result, he was abducted from his grandparents' home by a terrorist organization, which wanted him to build weapons of mass destruction and deadly quirks for them to use. He and his associates fled the terrorist headquarters 14 years later. They were planning to go to the Japanese Hero Association to inform them of the terrorist's plot, but the terrorist organizations have informants on the lookout for him. Will Shin be able to persuade the heroes to help him thwart the terrorist's evil plot, or will the terrorists be able to capture him?
