Becca Rhines and five of her friends spent a week camping deep in the middle of Yellowstone National Park. When they stop in Cody, Wyoming to stock up for the long drive back to Minneapolis, Minnesota they realize that something disastrous has happened. An outbreak at a scientific medical research facility has occurred, sweeping the nation with horror. Determined to make it home and find their families, the six friends set out on a dangerous journey. Will they survive the 900 mile journey? Will their families still be alive? And if they do make it all the way there, what then? Is there any safe place to go or has the sickness destroyed everything?  

**This is my first attempt at writing a full length book. It is a work in progress, so please be patient. I will be adding to it frequently though. I hope you like what I have so far and I welcome any comments and/or advice you might have!

Hello! I've decided to re-write this book, because I feel the new direction will make it much more interesting and open up more opportunities. She needs to get closer to uncover the truth. Shocking events reveal Jason’s true identity that he’s tried so hard to keep buried. Despite all common sense, Lilly finds herself drawn to him. She knows there is no room in her life for love. She knows he's a monster. So why is it that she finds it so hard to tell her parents about what he actually is? Desperate to protect her love’s family, but yearning to be loyal to her own, Lilly is forced to make the choice of who to side with. zombie apocalypse | the fallen (book One) [REWRITING] by optic_poison

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.
