So basically Bill, after being defeated, figures that the only way to get revenge on the Pines and Gravity Falls without them knowing he is back is to use his human form and become the Villain known as The Godly Devil.  Torturing the people of Gravity Falls, but whenever there is a Villain, a Hero rises.  And that Hero is... Dipper Pines, or more commonly known as The Blue Mist.  People say keep your friends close and your enemies closer, but what happens when enemies get too close.
