With the secret of One For All out there, and Deku officially retiring from Hero Work, it's been made clear that a new holder has been declared - which is why Monoma Neito, bitter and angry, is after the UA's newest generation of students to find the holder of One For All and steal their quirk while they're still inexperienced. Only one problem: she doesn't go to UA!
