Long ago, seven queens ruled the land of Pyrrhia.
A queen for each of the seven districts. Then Queen Scarlet took control over every district- plus three more, because some SandWings split into Outclaws, some of the IceWings split into what they felt should be called Royal IceWings, and a few dragons from each tribe formed the Talons of Peace.
And then Pyrrhia got visitors from a land far away- Pantala. Queen Scarlet and Queen Wasp vowed to rule together until Disttict 13, the LeafWings, were wiped out. Now, every year, they hold the Hunger Games, a fight to the death to fight for Pyrrhia, their rulers, and their submission to who they belonged to.
