In another world, he kills himself due to the bullying and yet in another world he has an abusive twin brother and still somehow becomes a mafia boss. In some worlds, he gets involved in the mafia way too early and takes over the whole world while at it and in another he doesn't get into the mafia at all. In another world, he was reincarnated from yet another world after dying because he protected his family.

In this world, he has a childhood friend who has far too many skeletons in his closet and hands that are stained with too much red and Tsuna is in fact reincarnated from another world but having his flames sealed was something horrible because his memories were sealed too and all those who'd harmonized with him had their memories sealed too and-- "Wait-- what do you mean the Tri-ni-Sette doesn't exist?! Then why is there still the Arcobaleno?!
