He's appears to be fine but something has been bothering him on the inside. Lucas thinks he has an idea on who is behind his worrying but he tries to act like everyhting is fine. He decides to ask his girlfriend, Maddy, to prom and with Tyler and a new friend, Jessica. Maddy doesn't show up to prom and Lucas knows that something isn't right. Ms. Charlotte is back but this time she isn't alone. Lucas goes off to look for Maddy with some back-up of his own. She was about to turn the doorknob when his next words froze her in place. "How do you think you'll sister will react if she finds out what you do?" asked Lucas. She slowly turned to face the two with a raised brow, "Meaning?" "Think about it," urged Cole, "How do you think everyone would react if they found out what you do during your spare time, especially your sister." She narrowed her eyes ."Are you blackmailing me?" she asked crossing her arms and raising her chin. "No, I never said that." Cole held up his hands yet grinning mischievously. "We're just saying that it would be in your best interest, along with ours if you joined us." shrugged Lucas. "You can't prove anything," she bluffed. A devious smile speared across Cole's face while Lucas grinned wickedly, "Oh, we both know you don't believe that." ------------------- The events and places are completely fictional along with the characters. ... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!

"Alright.. since that made you feel uncomfortable.. do you have a boyfriend?" "Um.. that made me feel more uncomfortable, Aiden.." I told him. "Sorry, but I wanted to know before I got to know you a little. I don't want any competition. Because you're a really pretty girl, you know that, Char?" he said to me. That made me blushed a little. "Um.. no. I don't have a boyfriend..." I answered. *We start off with Charlotte Ridgeway, age 17. Her twin, Charlie Ridgeway, age 17 as well. Duh, because they're twins. They're both in high school, obviously. They don't really look alike, I mean they do, but they aren't like, identical, different genders, you know.. Anyways, Charlotte switched schools because her family had to move, so now she is known as the new girl, same goes for Charlie, the new guy. Charlotte meets this really nice guy, Nate. Nate has this best friend who is the biggest jerk in school, school's player, bad boy, Aiden Throns. Nate tells Aiden that he really likes Charlotte. Aiden and Nate are like brothers, I mean, Nate was adopted by Aiden's parents, so Aiden cares about him, like he is his biological brother. Aiden thinks that Charlotte is using Nate for his brain, because Nate is a super smart guy, knowing Charlotte, she had a brain tumor, so she isn't the brightest/smartest. Aiden will do anything for Nate, so he decides that he is going to make Charlotte fall in love with him. Does he accomplish that? Will she fall in love with him, the bad boy? As they continued to walk along the floors the boards creaked.They heard so many scary stories about this place that a couple was murdered in room C3 on the third floor. A case never truly solved because no one had been able to set foot in that room. Izzy and her friends wanted to test this and see if this was really true. Izzy started to wander off from her friends in a different direction not realizing her and her friends have been separated. She was calling out for her friends "Tyler,Hannah,Justin!". As she is calling for them she is going deeper and deeper into this hotel. She keeps hearing faint whispers she says "Anyone there?" but no response.She receives a text on her phone from her friends that they are on the third floor waiting for her. She walks down a very dark hallway scattered with trash and the lights are flickering on and off. She comes to this elevator. Izzy entered the empty elevator and pushed the button for my floor. As the doors close I feel a hand cover my mouth.

I began to cry hysterically as I knew my freedom was short lived. "You! I thought you would cooperate!" the kidnapper screamed. I looked up at his furious face and gasped in horror as I saw a whip in his hand. "I should've never trusted you. You are my daughter, you stay with me.
