Dylan's P.O.V.
"I'm sorry I hurt you, but you have to understand there isn't a way to fix me!!!" I was screaming at the top of my lungs, he wasn't just leaving without letting me explain.
"The fact that your sick isn't why I'm hurt, it's the fact you only told me 3 weeks before your going to die!!" He couldn't even bring himself to look at me, his once happy gray eyes were shattered. I could tell he was holding back the tears threatening to come out.
"I didn't tell you, because..." he looked up at me, I looked down not wanting to face him, I couldn't bring myself to look into his sad, broken eyes. I continued, " because then you would try to leave the 'sick girl', no one ever loves the 'sick girl'. Or you would be heart broken, and if your heart broken then so am I." A tear fell and landed on my hand. I was such a selfish person, I hate myself!!!!!!
"Do you really think that low of me?? You really think I would leave you?? I would have fought to find a cure, and yes I would have been heart broken!! I would have stayed with you till the very end!! And yet you think I would just pack my bags and leave you!!" He lifts my head to face him, his gray eye piercing into my hazel ones. I couldn't help but let a couple of tears fall onto his arm.
"I would never leave you, but since you don't know that, I guess it means you don't know me at all." He then turned and walked to the door. I started to scream and cry, as I watched him walk away.
"Good bye Dylan, don't try to contact me." His happiness in his voice was gone, it was only pain and sadness.
"I'm sorry Carter!!! Please forgive me!! Please!! Come back!!!" But it was no use, he got in his car and drove away. I fell to my knees and sobbed. I was there sitting in the middle of the floor, with no one to turn to.
"Please come back." I whispered between cries, barely being able to breathe.
"I don't what to be alone."
