Rowan is a transgender male struggling with being stuck in a female body. One night, Rowan musters up the courage to come out to his parents. It doesn't go well. He turns up at his girlfriend, Sparrow's house. Rowan makes a wish that night. To be born a boy. His wish is granted but not everything is as perfect as it seems.
NOTE - If anyone says "oh you stole this from BrookieHudson." I wrote these chapters and came up with most of the characters. She edited my original chapters. She did not ask my permission to publish it on her own account. We have a joint account but she chose to publish it on her own account. Chapter 1 will stay the same because I mainly wrote it. Chapter two is still my own writing.

Nathan Eriksson, a closeted bisexual with overbearing internalized homophobia slowly falls for the outspoken gay man on campus, Graham Eide after running into him, quite literally in the Hall 28 stairwell, an awkward accident resulted in them interacting face-to-face for the first time in over a year, noticing each other nonstop around campus and outside afterward as if the universe was somehow bringing them together as friends- maybe more. A year prior, during Graham's first year of college, word got out that he was gay, and it quickly spread around campus due to Megan Fujikawa-Katz, a girl with a popular campus gossip blog, getting a hold of the information, and her best friend, Nathan Eriksson, twisting the knife further by encouraging and participating in verbally harassing Graham relentlessly. Sure, never getting physical, but not in a hurry to stop anyone from hurting Graham. But after a while, he slowly forgot about Graham, of course, he was in the back of his head, not for any weird reason, but how anyone would think about someone they "Disliked." But to his surprise, after an entire year had passed since then, Nathan on his way to work on an art project outside during a crisp fall day, trips and stumbles over someone sitting on the dormitory stairs, thudding down the rest of the cement steps down to the bottom, his eyes blurred before finally focusing on the person standing over him, watching their long brown hair hanging in front of their face as they bent down to see if he was okay. Something, Nothing
There is only one thing one Aarvin's mind for now - get through university successfully, get a job preferably somewhere far away from home, and be on his own, and finally, finally be able to live his life on his own terms. Aarvin doesn't even want to start imagining how that will be lest he would get distracted. He needs to focus. Only he meets Ken and his focus wavers. He tries and tries to stay away from Ken, but that becomes hard when something sort of stirs up in the depth of Aarvin's chest. It feels like an itch - a dangerous, tempting itch definitely hiding something beneath it. It's fine though. Aarvin is determined. He is not going to tend to this something. It is nothing. It will be nothing. He will make it be nothing.
