Mysterious and enigmatic HighwayPhantom is a Killjoy with a reputation.
The daughter of the Totalitarian President of Sector 1 who went rogue and joined the Killjoys. After roaming the lonely highways of the north she settled further south with the three girls who attached themselves to her.
