Marcilynn Curtis has been stuck in this coma for four years as a ghost. Her real self wasn't gone, but she couldn't get back into her body. She is now eighteen and missing her teenage years. Her brothers Ponyboy, Sodapop, and Darry have been taking good care of her. Everyone else comes and goes while she stays a ghost. Will Marcilynn come out of her coma? Will people treat her different if she makes it out alive? Will the boy she loves love her or will he walk away?
