  Five years ago, Lina was sorted into Hufflepuff and today she started her sixth year on Hogwarts. Today is also the day that Kate, a Slytherin, started her sixth year at the school for witchcraft and wizardry. 
  They never really spoke to eachother; Slytherins are very likely to make fun of the so called 'boring' Hufflepuffs. Lina rather avoided these situations, although she doesn't always succeed in this.
