Running into the bathroom to gather myself, and get my shit together I looked in the mirror. Terrified at what I saw looking back at me I began to touch my face just below my eyes in disbelief.
"No this can't be, THIS CANT BE!"
Afraid to face anyone in the next room I sat on the toilet and listened for some sort of answer to flow out of Jason's mouth and fill my ears, but with my luck, I heard nothing. Finally after a few long dragged out moments passed I smelt this strong iron smell, and I could hear Rachel speak in the next room. I tried to turn my supersonic hearing off as I wondered what the hell could possibly be wrong with me. But I couldn't, listening closely I heard Jason too,
"What the hell happened Jason?!"
"I uh, I was just laying on the couch waiting for Nathan to come home when all a sudden he burst through the door mad as a hornet and spotted me on the couch. I guess he was caught off guard, he invited me into the kitchen I figured he had to of spiked my drink because I was on the couch barely alive when he pulled the gun on me," just hearing the fright in Jason's voice scared me.
"Did he say anything?"
"Yeah, he said just remember I was doing this town a favor,"
Frightened of what I might do next I zipped past Rachel and my uncle Jason in Finley's living room to my and Kohl's room to lock myself in where no one else was in danger.
When Nathans uncle returns to town and bad things start happening Nathan takes it upon himself to take to drastic measures to exterminate the negative energy in town. Not able to follow through he finds himself In troubled waters when he discovers he is a monster and his best friend is in danger. Can Nathan save not only himself but his lifelong best friend? Or is his secret just too much for young Nathan to bare?
