Coma Naruto

Naruto has a really bad illness where he could die. So the hidden leaf hospital put him in a coma for 10 years. During the 10 years what will Naruto dream about? After he wakes up will he be fine or will he not make it?

Naruto is 12. Sasuke never left. The Uchiha clan never died.
