A long time ago, there was a goddess named Akayla. And she was known as the goddess of time (yes I'm taking some creative writing with this) she was gentle, smart, and beautiful. Her power rivaled that of the goddess Hylia. In order to protect the world she loved both Hylia and Akayla used their magic to seal away a man born from darkness. Yet it all came with a price. Now 10,000 years later she has returned. Not as a goddess but as a human girl. And in each life she played her part in sealing the darkness. But always managed to evade being found or have any of her deeds recorded. The only issue is in this life, No one knows who she is, or where she could be. And time is surely running out.All Rights Reserved

Time has passed. Hyrule is getting rebuilt. Zelda on the other hand is not quite sure what to do. She is no longer a princess, She's a queen with responsibilities. A dark force is looming. Old friends are getting rediscovered but that boy. That man. Link. There's an unfinished story with him. This is my take on the universe. There will be new characters that aren't canon. There will be a few POV swaps but let's see if I can make this a cohesive story.

Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon. Unfortunately it was not soon enough for her loyal and caring guardian knight, however his time had not come. Alone the princess contained the calamity to the castle buying her knight, the hero chosen by the goddess Hylia, time to recover from his mortal wounds. For a hundred years the land of Hyrule was threatened by the great calamity, every year the princess seal weakened ever so slightly. After his awakening the former knight turned hero rushed from one end of Hyrule to the next making allies and defeating the calamity and it's servants. And once again the princess is reunited with her knight.
