I stared across the classroom at him. His hair looked messier than any other day. His muscles were tense and forced to not turn around and look back at me. His eyes colored honey were staring blankly at something. They were almost empty. Almost.

I stared at the reflection on my phone. I didn't know pain and hurt could be seen in someone's face until I saw mine.
I laughed sadly.

In the notebook that was on my desk I scribbled:

'I'm living a life that doesn't feel like mine anymore.'

I'm not sure if other people would classify her as beautiful, but her large blueish gray eyes, the ones that held such intelligent and innocence and serenity, that is was impossible for me not to be held prisoner by them.
