Yukio has come back from the Illuminati but he's still very cruel to Rin but before Yukio came back he did something to Rin that was the last straw. You would think Rin being Rin would angry, no. He didn't get angry instead he is now terrified of Yukio and Yukio is finally realizing he's lost his brother and doesn't know how to fix it since every time Rin sees Yukio he runs away. Rin moved out of the same room and to a different one and has several locks on the door to stop his brother from coming anywhere near him. Rin starts to have feelings towards yukio. not wanting to change the good mood they are in he starts to ignore his feelings and yukio but things don't go quite as planned

When fed up from all the hypocrisy and scorn he received, Rin decides to run away. From the Exwires, his family and True Cross. It's not his fault when the Paladin decides to 'help' with it. During his travels with only Kuro by his side, he decided to hide right under the Vaticans noses in Italy (where there main HQ is). What he didn't account for was to stumble into a scirmish between the Vongola guardians during an ambush. Watch what happens when two underworld's meet different demons.

Rin maybe should have paid attention in his summoning classes a bit more, especially when he starts calling demons to him through Mephisto's barrier. Mephisto, on the other hand, should have gotten Rin some better training because he's paying for it now. And Yukio is going to start shooting on sight if he ever has to deal with something like this again. As always, Amaimon is the only one having a good time.

Rin has a brother but it's not Yukio. His name is Reika - a Nephilim and the only one besides Satan to have the blue flames. Now you're wondering 'then what about Rin?'. If the Excorcist somehow managed to get into Gehenna and harm the demons by weakening their powers by throwing holy water into the heart of Gehenna where Hell fire burns?
