You have a pretty girl who, who always has an enemy, girl gets caught in the enemy trap, strong person defeats the monster and saves the girl. Happily ever after. The end. Roll credits. But here's the thing, you never see what happened to the villains, you never hear their side of the story, their backstory that caused them to do what they did. Maybe they were banished from the land, that's why they put Sleeping Beauty under a curse that made them sleep for a hundred years. Or maybe their family pressured them into think beauty is everything and they must be the most beautiful in the land to finally get the approval that they did something good, maybe that's why they poisoned Snow White to take her beauty. What if they just wanted to get revenge for Peter Pan taking their most valuable treasure, that meant more to them in the entire world, maybe that's why they had a growing vendetta over Peter Pan. There are many other reasons why villains did what they did, but, did these heroes ever consider that these villains had a family. Like how maybe Gaston might have had a kid who had to grow up with only one parent cause the Beast killed Gaston. Or maybe how Dr. Facilier might have had a daughter, but since he was locked in the shadow realm he never got to have that valuable father-daughter relationship with her. What if Disney is hiding something from us. The story of these kids who had to grow up without a parent or with the burden of being teased because of their lineage. Well, Disney, you may be good at making giant Marvel timelines and making us cry at the end of EVERY Disney Pixar movie. But I'm good at revealing your secrets. I am a Rebel, they say. They're right. It all started when I was a young girl, my parents died in a fire, started by the King of our land. I was only 6 years of age, and I was left with a burn tracing up my arm and onto my collarbone. I was taken in by a woman I called 'Stepmother'. The King's actions caused my life, he's caused so much death. At least half the village has suffered because of him. I now fight against the King, and his daughter, I'm now a leader. There are so many others whom he has wronged. We used to be small group, but now we've grown in numbers. Millicent (though we call her Maleficent on accident) the Dragon Sorceress, Peter Pan the boy who can fly, Killian Hook the Pirate, Red Riding Hood the Wolf Slayer and Animal Tamer, Hansel and Gretel the Witch Hunters, Rumplestiltskin the Wizard, Blue the Fairy, Maethranal the Elven Queen, Jack the Giant Killer, Gothel the Witch, Merida the Archer, and Banshee, are the original people in our group who aren't dead. Gothel was being hunted by Hansel and Gretel at the time I met all three of them. Merida was adopted by Maethranal and trained as an Elven archer. Blue and Banshee are related by blood. Peter and Killian were enemies, but then banded together to stop Rumpelstiltskin, who later agreed to work with me. I love them like family, especially since my seven friends were killed. I miss them so much. They were my first friends, and helped me start this... rebel group. My husband contributed just as much as they did, and had the same fate. Eight people dead in one tiny little raid. I killed my stepmother, and use her riches to buy weapons for us all. We now hide in an abandoned castle in the middle of the dark forest, called 'The Red Tower', and is shrouded in fog and mist.
