"Mamma Mia - A New Life" follows the story of ascending star, Sophie LeBlanc, the daughter of award winnning actress Jennifer Aniston and TV host and actor Matt LeBlanc.
Sophie began her path to fame through Youtube, where she established herself as a funny and lovable vlogger, sharing the behind the scenes of her life. At the tender age of 16, the Youtuber is offered the role of Mal on the Descendants franchise, where she proves she's as talented as her parents.
Now at the age of 20, Sophie LeBlanc scores the role of the infamous Sophie Sheridan on a new Mamma Mia franchise - "Mamma Mia - The Story of Sky and Sophie".
This role will change her life allowing her to step up from the Disney Channel scenario into a more grown up and complex level, where she has to prove she's up to the challenge.
But as if this wasn't enough of a challenge, Sophie finds herself falling in love with one of her co-stars, who happens to be 12 years older than her. This relationship draws a lot of negative media attention to Sophie, which she's not used to. Will this be the downfall of a Sophie? Did Sophie take a challenge way out of her league or will she prosper through it?
