It's hours past the beginning of dusk, and Dan was roaming around the dark streets of the night; searching for a purpose. A purpose in life. The stars glimmer above him and he wonders about the world surrounding him.
Phil, coincidentally, was prowling around this time of night as well. You see, he isn't the same as your average human being, far from that. Phil had a power known as cosmokinesis; he could manipulate any form of space from the palms of his icy hands. His life was always a thriller, and that's exactly what Dan needs.
And when Dan suddenly bumps into this strange man, his whole world will flip-turn upside down as he goes on an adventure of mystery, fights, and unexpected romance.
