Future Story background draft

This is just a background draft of a work in progress story that I am making. Set in an alternate timeline to ours, just 30 years into the future. There are no fleshed out characters as yet, just two protagonists and an antagonist organisation. This story is only partially based on myself but its mainly in thanks to my Dad. Part of my driving force. The man who is pushing me to chase my dreams of becoming a creative writer for a games team.
This is my first piece of work and where better to start than the famously infamous Wattpad!! I would enjoy some constructive critisism as it is what build someone into the person they wish to be. Thank you in advance!
