The Morningstar Brigade

It has been nearly two centuries since the Earth was lost, and now all that stands between the survivors and their end is a boy that fell from the sky in a ball of silver fire. His name is Uriel and his home is Eden, a world between worlds that has served as a refuge for the remnants of humanity that fled the cataclysmic plague and war in Earth's final days. The Morningstar Brigade, a force of warriors allied under the leadership of the undying Lady Vigilant, has held order in these unfamiliar lands as they rebuild society and prepare to one day retake their planet. But this careful balance is upended when a being with tainted blood and black flames named Faust takes Eli, Uriel's father, in pursuit of an ancient evil that threatens to destroy the last of the human race. Uncovering his father's corrupted past as his masters his control over Dawn, the fiery force of creation itself, Uriel fights tooth and nail to protect those close to him.

Alongside his friends Kat and Isaac, Uriel will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with his allies in the Brigade as they make a final stand against Faust's primordial power, a dark bargain that threatens the very extinction of life. All under the watchful eye of Morningstar.
