They become very close friends, rather like uncle and nephew. Slowly, he begins to close the gap in Peters life and they become New York's favourite duo. Little does the world know, that Anthony Edward Stark/Ironman...is alive. He was in a coma for three months but is now on his feet. The only people who know are: Pepper, Morgan, Happy and Rhodey. Tony hears about the new duo and watches them on TV. He admits they are a great duo but deep down he is jealous. It used to be Ironman and Spider-Man against the world. Peter was one of the only people he let close to him and he was practically his kid but now he is Quentins. Turns out Peter may be more of his kid then he thinks...Peter may or may not be a Stark.

He could always tolerate it and hide his scars and bruises but, when she finds out he's Spider-Man, everything shatters. He has nowhere to turn except to his mentor, Tony Stark: the man he strives to be like. This isn't a Starker shipping fic, it's where Tony takes in Peter because everyone loves a wholesome and funny fanfiction. I'm starting out a few weeks after Age of Ultron took place. Civil War will be a thing. Other than that I'm not too concerned about sticking to every canon detail and storyline.
