This is actually about me and my thoughts and what I went through. Things got dark for me as i got depressed and things go on a downward spiral and bad things happen. Read to find out what I do. I want people to know that they matter and so do their lives, I want people to read my story and realize how we all have obstacles but we get through them and get stronger.
