From the Girl in the Hills

She wrote for the same reason people sing and dance. She wrote knowing she was never good enough to be compare with. It didn't matter how but why because she wrote from the heart the things she could not verbalize. From her love of writing came poems of innocence and of darkness. She is the girl who lived in the hills. The girl who, much against everybody's advice, built castles in the sky. She is the girl with dreams bigger than the horizon she could see and this is her collection of poems and essays that she hopes would speak to someone, somewhere of joy, hope and assurance that they're not alone.
