The six territories have all but fallen and Aztaroth aims for the  capital, but the witch hunters hinders his progress at every turn making an already difficult task harder.
Elena, Eldarin and the rest of the party now travels north to the Kandivan wilds in search of the Axe of Blood. The problem is that orcs holds the weapon sarced and they have to compete with Dura's old clan in a hostile land where only the strong survive.

Things gets out of control for the six territories. Aztaroth's attacks are forcing people to flee from their homes and giant steams of refugees are flooding the capital of Nyandor. The mysterious faction called the witch hunters have been dispatched to deal with this threat. Knowing he cannot defeat all of them in his current state he sets out for a artifact of immense power. Elena and Eldarin who is still hungry for revenge also set out after this artifact. The hunt has begun.

After a failed spider mission, Legolas is left injured beyond what the Greenwood healers can help. Thranduil, worried for his son's Fea, sends him to Imladris for help. But the unit escorting the prince is attacked on the way and Legolas, after barely escaping, then fleas to the most unlikely of places where he hides, refusing to tell anyone of his whereabouts, afraid to go to Imladris, afraid to go home. This story fills in some gaps from The Return and creates a few more that I may delve into in a later fic. Aztaroth has full control of the six territories. Despair an desperation spreads across the continent as Elissa and her viking allies scrambles to prepare for an invasion. Elena, Eldarin and the party hurries to the Deadlands, home of the dark elves and the most hostile continent known to any race to retrieve the one weapon cabable of killing Aztaroth. Time is running out however as the destroyer approaches, the grip of the void tightens. The final battle for the fate of the world draws close. Cover photoshoped by me.

The hunt is on. The party now chases three artifacts to find Sunstrike, the only weapon cabable of killing Aztaroth. Their first journey takes them over the ocean eastward to the desert empire of the sun in search of a powerful sword.
