Summary of main storyline (Chapters 1, 2): Darth Sidious has escaped Coruscant. Now, it's Vader's chance to hunt the Sith Master down, and eliminate him once and for all.

(Story may be edited after an unknown amount of time. For now, Darth School is kinda blockading me.) 

(The "extras" are set at least 19 years after Palpatine's death. The Interlude and The New Hope aren't necessary to read if you're only focused on what happens with Vader and Palpatine, but if you want to read the "extras", I would suggest reading those. Know that the chapters after 1-2 aren't as action-packed and contain a smudge of fluff, however.)

If Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) Survived In ROTJ by HelenaUrie

This story is based on the YouTube video by The Stupendous Wave, detailing what might've happened if Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader had survived the second Death Star (I also added a few extra scenes). The storyline belongs to The Stupendous Wave (except the extra scenes I added), and some of the wording from the original video is also repeated in this "what-if" story. However, I will admit that along the way, much of this short story was morphed into basically Anakin cuddling his children (which was something that I personally wanted to see happen). I know this strays from the original plot line, and I'm sincerely sorry, but I simply couldn't fight the urge to add these extra, "fluffier" scenes. (Again, I'm sorry if you'd rather have read a version that stuck solely to the original Youtube video.) All characters are the property of Disney and Lucasfilm, no copyright infringement intended. -Yes, I know I'm just a beginner at writing, but I really wanted to write this to give Anakin a happier ending, so hopefully The Stupendous Wave doesn't mind me doing this. Balance and Victory: A Star Wars Alternate Universe [COMPLETED!] by AuroraSkywalker

Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. Please note that I would never change the canon; this story is intended to explore what could have happened, not what should have happened. OCs are used very sparingly. Thanks for reading!
