"Alaska, listen to me." Michael huffed, his voice getting louder with each word he spoke. I rolled my eyes and lifted the lighter up to my lips but my cigarette was ripped from my mouth and thrown to the ground to be stomped under his scuffed up sneaker. My eyes widened angrily and I turned to glare at the boy in front of me. "Oh, you've got to be fucking kidding me." I spat out and it was his turn to roll his eyes. "You're honestly the most annoying person I've ever met." He stated, and turned his back to me, breathing heavily and trying to control himself from saying something that he'd regret. "You too, my friend, you too. You're just pissed because I'm leaving tomorrow and I don't seem too concerned about missing you, cause I won't. Good riddance, baby." I said, placing another cigarette between my lips and lighting it. I guess what I said set him off, because he angrily walked down the front steps of the apartment complex and away from me. Suddenly my chest hurt. What the hell is this feeling? A heart attack? "Oh come on, Michael!" I yelled, but he didn't look back as he got in his car and sped away.
