This is the story of a young girl named Auriella Mortem. She is the daughter of the most powerful alpha and female warrior. She is abandoned as a young pup just at the age of 5 and she is forced to survive on her own until her first shift. She planned on living in the shadows her whole life. What caught her off guard was the fact that on her way to freedom she suffered a terrible experience. Leaving her mute. Not only couldn't she speak after being so long alone she suffered an injury that would take months to heal. Not being able to utter a single sound and need to communicate in order to stay alive. How will she ever tell her mate that she wants him? That the one trying to kill her and destroyer her is his own father? How would he react when he finds his father dead his mate covered in rouge blood and alpha blood?

Dillon hates his mate and waiting tell he is old enough to reject her. He dose what he can, ignores her, forgets her, because she is nothing but a pathetic human. Or so she thought... . . . She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest.
