With the promise of better life, Ark Corporation conducted its city. They weren't questioned, weren't accused, and were never wrong. Their lab rejects were always monsters, no matter who they were before or how they were treated while in testing. With the balance of life teetering in Ark's hand, and the world edging destruction by pollution, Sivan is left stranded in his small town outside the city, wrapped within the political turmoil caused by the runaway experiments.
