NOTE: i'm rewriting this story so if you read theres going to be typos and inconsistencies with the writing style, consider this a first draft.
SYNOPSIS:
Alexi June was your average teenage delinquent-he had an attitude, could see ghosts, an addiction to cigarettes, and he passed his time committing petty crimes. But what would become of him-on the night his sister was to die, when a grim reaper appears before him and splits her soul in two to save his life. With this new power, and new responsibility, his eyes have been opened to a whole new world; of which he had only ever before seen pieces.

Before Alexi knew what was happening, the reaper had him cradled in her arms as she kneeled next to him. She gripped his face firmly in front of her and let her lips fall open just a little as she used her thumb to pull his mouth open while using the other hand to pinch his nose shut. She leaned into him further, their lips just barely touching as she let out a shallow breath.
A glowing, red ball of light slowly fluttered out of her mouth and Alexi couldn't help but suck it in-his body reacted without his permission. Swallowing hard, he felt his esophagus burn and his lungs were set ablaze. The pain was intense enough that it started pulling his mind back out of the haze. There was a burning sensation that had him choking and with every breath he pulled in, it grew, forcing him to cough out what looked and tasted like ash.
"In order to protect your life, I have just shared my soul with you. You now have my ability to reap the spirits of the living and purify those which are tainted. Alexi June, you will live."

I knew that my eyes were glowing red and my canines were out but I was pissed and didn't have a good temper. When she stepped away from me again I let out a growl and she instantly froze. "MINE." Charity Andrews is a werewolf who hasn't shifted yet. She is abused and mistreated by her pack for this reason because they don't think she is anything but a worthless human. That all changes when Alpha Colton comes for a meeting. Alpha Colton is the coldest meanest Alpha that many fear. When he goes to Alpha Andrews pack to settle a rivalry he didn't expect his mate to be the packs punching bag. He has been looking for his mate for a long time and now that she is right in front of him he is pissed at what she has gone through.Complete

They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue.
