Reconnected

In a post-apoctalyptic world, cities are moving constructs, when two cities occasionally brush next to each other, there is roughly an 4 hours where you can trade culture, trade, and exchange knowledge, Sam's city hasn't seen another city in almost 16 years, but there is one on the horizon, the only thing is, the city looks empty. Follow Sam and her friends as she struggles to figure out why, before the city moves again.
