Kassima and her twin sister Cassandra run away from home and an abusive father. they steal money from their father and leave, The first thing that do is buy a bus ticket to Kansas.
When they get to Kansas, something happens to Cassandra that leaves Kassima scarred. She lives as a homeless person for awhile, on the run from foster care. When she is running to hide away in a hotel, she sees a beautiful car, and decides she has been wanting to learn how to steal a car, and thus could be good practice.
What happens when she steals a certain hunters car? what will happen if she's caught? how will she cope with her sister's death? How will she react to a world of monsters and a certain angel?
