* Sequel to Sixth Sense *
It has been 6 months, since Tilda Ascending (the now chosen descendant) helped to take down government leader Marcus and his anti sensor agenda, leading to Marion taking over the job. A lot has changed since then, ever since the sixth sense and sensory were reintroduced into the world.
While Tilda's parents, Alicia and Charles, along with her friend's parents and fellow adult sensors, Axelle, Uriah, their son Cisco and the newly reunited Marion and Max deal with their own problems and secrets. Tilda, boyfriend James and best friends Jeanne and Thomas are led by the adult sensors and Dame Lady Tallulah (once again) on a new quest when a Anti-Sensor group, The Rivals and its leading family, the Blues rise again to try and shut down Sensory before it can be fully reintroduced to the masses again.
The Wish Sensors must use the summer to find out and solve the secrets of The Rivals and The Blues. This journey will take them all over the globe from England, Germany, Iceland and even Egypt to use the six secrets of the Rivals and Blues to end their wanted dominance over sensory, once and for all. All in time for the wedding of the year, set to take place at the end of summer for sensor couple, Marion and Max.
This sequel tells a new story of standing for what you believe, no matter what problems, someone against you will cause, for Tilda and the sensors, as existing friendships and relationships develop and grow, even stronger as The Sensors and enemies, The Rivals clash once more in the fight to let Sensory stay alive.
2015 rolled in with a bang, and it did not have the grace to gift me with a social life that everyone in a one hundred year radius would be jealous of or that is even just the talk of the town. Instead I got myself into a complicated relationship which wasn't much talked about, a relationship that I didn't get into is talked about all the time and university is around the figurative corner. That is where you can factor in people I suppose I should call 'fans', the fascination that comes in with cutlery, pots, pans and other formerly boring things.
But let us not forget that my parents are finally getting married and Mum can't shop for lace without me wanting to kill her, add in a dose of sleepless nights, invigorating kisses - which have nothing to do with the sleepless nights and a lot to do with nightmares - Harriet not knowing the meaning of the words "you're done" and Ice Ice Baby is still a thing.
We're all growing up (except Dad who will still make inappropriate jokes at every inappropriate moment, some to do with what cannot be done when you're wearing a plaster cast) and holidays are being planned though some are less holiday and more a mad dash to find somewhere to live out in the big wide world without our parents.
Life might be moving on, but I still go to McDonald's late at night with my friends. Some things at least don't change.
