"What are you doing?" I asked Trent, the new kid. who decided he would evade my lunch table that i sat at all by my self. 

"Sitting" he stated shrugging and stared chowing down on some fries. 

" I mean here, At MY table." I clarified encase his big head didn't get the fact that i didn't want him here.i was more than happy eating alone. 

"I'm going to be your friend." He asked.No not asked he demanded. THis kids got guts.

" I don't do friends" I said firmly. " and by the way even if i did do friends what makes you think that i would want to be your friend. Plus i'm more than fine with being alone" i wont get hurt that way. i silently added to myself.

"SUcks to suck." was his reply. "because i am going to be your friend" Something about this kid intrigued me. I dont know if it was his guts or something else but i found my self saying

"Ok"
