***My short story for the Travel Brilliantly Wattpad Contest***
Word count: 1000 words (just barely made it lol)
Renard has grown up in a world where technology is seen as harmful, and a new government power known to his people as "Them" threatens to send off more than half of the population, who is deemed "foreign."
But not if this young entrepreneur can do anything about it.
After a recurring dream, he goes in search of futuristic robots and other advances that people have used to help them defeat the government and which he can use to restore his country of Darius. And he realizes what he must take back to his people, despite "Their" unapproval.

This short story is the product of a lost bet. A friend challenged me to write it and we both enjoyed it enough that I wanted to share it with all of you on WattPad.
