Axel,the protagonist of the story is a student in the daytime and a vigilante during the chaos of the night,vowing for justice for himself and for everyone around him.He is trying to uncover his lost memories from the past which might explain his sudden powers and the disappearance of his father and big brother.
He discovered that he might not be the only one with such incredible capabilities.

Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. Izuku Midoriya was one of the students that were participate into civil war game that Nezu came up with. However Izuku was chosen to be the villain. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body. People have found this weapon dangerous, and its existence has caused an uproar, creating both vigilantes and monsters alike.
