Kai is a she-wolf, but she does not know that. She hears voices and sees things that are not there. Only she can hear and see them. Her wolf is there, but she believes it is just one of her hallucinations. 

Her life has never been good. People do not understand her, they think she is 'crazy and insane,' which she is. Her past has shaped her into who she is. The monsters scarred her for life.

Luka is an alpha, a tough alpha. He runs a strong pack. Rumors of him have been passed around the world, no one wants to mess with him. 'Killer and vicious,' he was said to be. No emotions, not a care for anyone. They were lies.

His past has forced him to grow up fast and shape him to be the best alpha he can be. But, Alpha Luka is still mateless. He needs a mate to make his pack even greater, a luna to help him grow more, to stay strong.

When these two werewolves meet in a strange circumstance, unexpected results arise.
