Ivy Black is the heir to the American Mafia. But being the stubborn woman she is, she declined. Following her dreams of dancing and singing, she ended up at the 5 King's Hotel as a burlesque dancer. Not exactly what she thought, but she doesn't complain.

Alec Northman is the leader of the Italian Mafia. With a cold heart, he runs his Mafia with an iron fist. Along with being a ruthless Mafia leader, he's a business man. He decides to enter the hotel business and ends up buying the 5 King's Hotel.

Fate leads Alec to set eyes on the gorgeous Ivy. She sings her heart out and swings her hips to the beat as the reckless leader watches. Alec soon realizes that he wants her. No one will stop him, not even her.

But after all, she is the dangerous one.

"What doesn't work?" Alec stares at me from across the room. His cold glare ran shivers down my spine. Not even my father could do that to me. Only Alec can scare me.

"We don't work. Your the leader of the Italian Mafia. I'm a Black. I never wanted to be involved with the Mafia."

"You don't have a choice. You were born into it. Why not embrace it?" He came closer to me as I step back. My back hits a wall as Alec places a hand next to my head on the wall. He leans in next to my ear, "I know you feel it. You feel the killer in you. Your afraid of becoming what your father wants. But I say fuck it. Embrace your true self. Your a dangerous women Ivy Black."
