Charade in the City Skyline

The problem with your past is when you were able to know the person for long. His scent, the way his lips slowly curve into smile, even the way his fingers wrap into an iced tea glass. There is the sense of familiarity, of ownership of what once was yours. The familiarity that fades the line between love and hate and the fear you are only aware of subconsciously.
