South Korea has a hidden place ravaged by crime and overcrowded prisons. This place is being governed by criminals who kidnaps wealthy individuals from Seoul to be their target.
The government sanctions an annual 12-hour period during which all criminal activity -- including murder -- is legal. The hidden population's mission is to find and murder the kidnapped victim to be able to leave the place and be able to have a luxurious life back in the city.
The target's mission is to be able to survive the annual killing for him/her to leave the place. But what if the urge for survival drives you to protect the ones who needs to kill you?
Kim Hanbin, the leader of a famous group was kidnapped and bound to be dead after the annual killing. Will he be able to survive?
