A girl goes to vidcon to try and relive old memories and finds love instead. But where there is happiness in her life, pain is not far behind. She has a disease called Cardiactic Arridium, which causes her to have heart attacks when she does something emotionally exciting enough to trigger them. But thanks to her meeting with a lost love, she has a heart attack severe enough to put her in the hospital, where she meets some less-than-likely friends. Will she recover? Will she be cured from this disease, or will it find it's next victim?
