To leave behind everything you know and love to go with suspicious strangers or to cause the end of your world is the choice Akire Camille Abramov has to make. She is approached by a group of girls called the Alterations who call Akire one of their sisters, or Alteration Delta, who was called upon the protect the Planes of Existence alongside them. However, with sadistic witches, demons, and killers among them, both Akire and her friend Mallory are suspicious of these so called guardians. However, they reveal if Akire stays in her world, she will bring about apocalypse for the world is out to kill her or destroy itself due to instability, which means all Alterations are at death's door. Akire must make a choice, and she's running out of time.

One was left standing until a powerful creature appears the individual tried to fight it but it was useless the seven individuals that died in battle came back to life and helped fight the creature and defeat it. Once the creature was defeated the eight individuals looked at each other until symbol appeared on them choosing them as heroes.
