Taking place in modern day, Anna Perriton has been getting a good start with her sophomore year in the city of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Getting her normal A's with the exception of a few A-'s and B's, she has been doing very well for the beginning of the school year. Being both a student and a gamer, Anna keeps track of her schoolwork whilst making time to play online on her popular Nintendo games such as Super Smash Brothers, Splatoon 2, and other various Nintendo games. Along with this, Anna owns a fair amount of Amiibo's in her collection. After one hard day filled with homework, she goes to bed, getting ready for what school will bring her the next day. But, a sudden occurrence happens within the gaming room in the basement of her house that changes everything. The Amiibo that Anna bought, she quickly finds out, are more than just simple, collectible figures. Join Anna and her family and friends throughout a challenging adventure that combines Anna's school life with the essence of the world of video games, the Virtual Realm, as she battles powerful villains, facing strong bullies, and becomes a legendary hero with the powers of the Amiibo.

Note: The only Amiibo that are featured in this story will be all the Splatoon and Splatoon 2 Amiibo, all the Legend of Zelda Amiibo, and all of the Super Smash Brothers Amiibo that are in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.

Everything in this 'fan-fiction' of sorts that is related to Nintendo is owned by Nintendo. I give credit to Nintendo for all of the various characters that will be present here, as well as SEGA, PlatinumGames, Namco, Capcom, Konami, and other developers and publishers that have taken part in creating the characters that are in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.

"MK!" Lucina chases after him. He tries to run away but she manages to tackle him to the ground. "MK LISTEN TO ME! I ONLY WANT TO TALK!" They both rolled around the floor as they're struggling for dominance and Lucina shouted out questions to MK. "MK, why are you completely closed off of everyone?! Lucina can only assume that she triggered him because MK summons his Galaxia as she quickly summons her Falchion. Sparks were flying as our blades clashed. She knocked his weapon away from him again. Only this time Lucina threw her blade down and tackled MK again. "MK PLEASE, WHY DO YOU HIDE THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF FROM US?!" She cried out to him. Lucina looked at his eyes and they were purple. He tries to push her to the ground but she kept my balance. This time charged at him tackling him again as they both fell. Lucina pins MK to the floor and tears filled her eyes, "MK... please talk to us. Vent to us. Just say anything please!" She cried out to him. Lucina gets off of him, "Please... enough with your silent alter ego. I want the real you." She looked to see his eyes turning grey and MK started crying. She walks away from and tried to hold back her tears. "But if you don't want to... then I'm fine with us being over..." I cried as I took a few steps away from him... Note: In this universe, all worlds and main universes that are connect to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, a handful of the cast are high school students. Even some of the other characters from the different Universes are here. But that's not our focus, the real focus are Meta Knight (or just MK) and Lucina. This threat is difficult to identify, when the only clues lie in nightmares that Kate is having. This is the point of discovery in the tale of Mario, Sonic, and Kate.
