"The Premier has issued another decree. The decree states that all classes starting from Elite until Prime are compelled to enroll their children at Prime Academy. Whoever found violating this decree will be punished accordingly.
Furthermore, those that belong to Central and Proletariat Class, if they wish to be part of a Prime School, an examination will take place to prove if you are deserving enough to be part of the High Classes. Those who fail will never be given a second chance.
The future graduates of Prime Academy will be given a certificate that they can use all around the world as a proof of their excellence. Glory to those who excell and dishonor to those who fail.
