Remember when your parents would tell you bedtime stories you know the ones with a prince and princess who always have a happy ending and in all of them there were lessons to be learned and a horrible monster they had to fight and a fairy godmother that would help you? I wish this was one of those instead there are no princes trying to save princesses or a happy ending it's a never ending battle between good and evil there's no godmother trying to help you and the monsters here are not only horrible but also very real and very deadly and the only lessons are the ones to survive. My name is Lia I'm a little over 300 years old I'm a reaper the deadliest type of hunter out there but I'm a special kind of reaper since the time of my birth it's been a constant battle after another. The only good thing about my life are my abilities to control the elements fire, water, air, and earth. No one knows of my abilities except for a very select few. But what happens when one of the monsters that I hunt turns out to be my soul mate? Do I kill him or love him?

(Can be read as a stand-alone) She was my best friend, the love of my life. She was a beautiful soul, too perfect for this world and the people that wanted to use her against me. At a young age, I knew that she was my mate and made for me. My mother confirmed it later on when I asked her about the bond between her and I and why I had felt so protective of her. But, at the age of five, her parents took her away from me. They took her away from me because of who my mother was. They took her away from me because of the bond between her and I. But, one day, she will be back. She will be back because I was sure that she will long for me just as much as I long for her. So, all I ask of her is to forget me not. _______________________________________ NOTE: IF YOU READ THIS BOOK ON ANY OTHER APP BESIDES WATTPAD THEN IT IS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
