Sirius Black and his group of friends_The Marauders_ are beginning their second-last year at Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort and his followers are on the rise for the first time. The Wizarding World is unprepared for what is coming. Alessandra Rossier has only just transferred to Hogwarts from a far more conservative and pro-Voldemort Durmstrang to escape the monsters of her past but now she wonders whether it was the right decision after all. She is struggling to understand her new school's customs and get along with her fellow students especially on the brink of a new war. However her troubles seem only so trivial when she discovers she suffers from a genetic blood curse that is bound to complicate things for her especially now at the beginning of a new romance.
