Her mother; Danielle Montgomery was best friends with Aaron Dingle throughout their childhood, Danielle left Emmerdale when her daughter was born she and her boyfriend at the time moved to Florida, sadly when her daughter was two years old Danielle passed away at the scene of a car crash.
Her father; Andrew 'Archie' Montgomery was Danielle's boyfriend in university after they left, they moved to Florida and Andrew was part of The Army which was why they moved to Florida, after Danielle died, Andrew came home for a couple of years to look after their daughter, but when their daughter was five years old Andrew had to go back to The Army and sadly he was killed in action.
