Elizabeth Stone is a shy girl who's looking for a new start once she enters college. At 19 she's got her whole life ahead of her. She is tired of friends only sticking around for a season and is determined to make new once. When school has been her entire life she only talked to people there. Get a degree become a doctor, marry a nice man and start a family was imbedded in her since childhood.

She never dated anyone before and thought that she'll never feel like enough and be ready for love.

But after experiencing her first heart brake it's like life has taken a completely different turn and only went downhill. Witnessing a murder and finding out her family is hiding secrets they won't tell is something she didn't see coming.

She wanted friendship and epic love, but a turn of events will make her boring life into a thriller movie.

When one of the roommates in her new apartment is a hot and mysterious stranger maybe she doesn't mind having her life suddenly being turned upside down after all.
