1.	The traveler can remember the changes that they made in time
2.	The traveler can go anywhere at anytime
3.	The traveler can learn to control where they go after they turn 18
4.	The traveler can return to the same time period they have already changed and can make more changes
5.	The traveler will not die unless they are murdered
